Clear Hills County is seeking a full-time permanent Community Development Manager. This position reports to the CAO and manages a wide range of programs and services at the County, including Development, Agriculture, Fire, Emergency Management, Recreation and Community grants. This is a supervisor position with full time, part time and seasonal employees. The ideal candidate will have experience supervising and working in a team environment. Attention to detail and strong communication and organizational skills are a must. Familiarity with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office are assets. The goal is to fill this position as soon as possible so the successful candidate can become familiar with this diverse position working with the retiring Manager.
