NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

BYLAW NO. 272-22 –

Pursuant to the provisions of the Province of Alberta Municipal Government Act, 2000 and amendments thereto, the Council of the Clear Hills County will hold a public hearing before the second reading of Bylaw No. 272-22. Intermunicipal Development Plan (IDP) for the Clear Hills County and the Village of Hines Creek

The public hearing will be held at the Clear Hills County Chambers in Worsley on December 13, 2022 at 10:00 a.m.

The proposed Bylaw No. 272-22 is to adopt an Intermunicipal Development Plan (IDP) for the Clear Hills County and the Village of Hines Creek for the area of land shown in white in the map below, in accordance with section 631 of the Municipal Government Act.

A copy of the IDP document may be inspected at the County Office during regular office hours. Any person wishing to make a verbal or written presentation at the hearing should contact the Community Development Manager or CAO at 780-685-3925, on or before December 9, 2022 by 4:30 p.m. The public hearing will be held at the Clear Hills County Chambers in Worsley on December 13, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. to consider presentations from interested parties claiming to be affected by the proposed IDP.
