Property Taxes
The Corporate Services department looks after:
Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Finances, Front Reception, Payroll, Inventory, Insurance, Taxation and Assessment and Utility Billing.

Property Tax Notices were mailed out in the beginning of May 2022!
Tax deadline – July 15, 2022
If you have not received your notice in the mail please contact the Clear Hills County Office.

The County offers numerous payment methods:

- E-Transfer (please remember when using this method, make sure to include account number/name and purpose of the payment)

Download the Consolidated Statement of Financial Activities as indicated below. The financial statements can be printed or saved for future reference.
Insurance
The County offers insurance coverage for eligible community organizations through an outside agent. For more information or to determine whether or not you qualify for coverage please contact the Accounts Payable Clerk.
