Council Meetings

Clear Hills County Council Meetings are held on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month, starting at 9:30 a.m. and typically concluding around 3:00 p.m. Community members and organizations are encouraged to participate. 

How do I get to speak before Council?

You can contact the Executive Assistant 780-685-3925 Ext: 120 or email bonnie@clearhillscounty.ab.ca to request that you be listed as a delegation to speak to Council on a specific item on an agenda, no later than 12 noon on the Wednesday before a Council meeting. Delegations are limited to 15 minutes.

How can I invite the Reeve and/or Councillors to an event?

Contacting the Executive Assistant by phone 780-685-3925 or email bonnie@clearhillscounty.ab.ca is the best way to extend an invitation.
