Change of Address

Please be aware that any address changes for your tax/assessment notices must first be updated through Land Titles before Clear Hills County can process them. If you need to update your address on these notices, you have two options:

1. Call the Government of Alberta's RITE line at 310-0000, then dial 780-427-2742.

2. Visit the website www.alberta.ca/land-titles.aspx.

   • Click on "Land Titles - Overview."
   • Scroll down to "Change of Address and Name."
   • Click on the "Change of Address" PDF form and follow the instructions provided.

Once Clear Hills County receives notification from Land Titles, we will update your records accordingly. This process ensures that your tax/assessment notices are not returned to our office, preventing any delays in you receiving them.

To update the address on a utility account with Clear Hills County, a written request is required. You can submit your address change request in one of the following ways:

• Email: Send your request to corporateclerk@clearhillscounty.ab.ca.
• Mail: Address your request to P.O. Box 240, Worsley, Alberta T0H 3W0.
• In-Person: Drop off your written request at the County office located at 313 Alberta Avenue, Worsley, Alberta.

Please ensure your request includes your current account details and the new address information.
