Seniors Snow Plowing
Clear Hills County offers free snowplowing of private driveways for senior citizens, surviving spouses, persons with disabilities, and full-time school bus drivers, subject to County operations. This service is available only to qualified residents living at the specified location.
Clear Hills County does not provide snowplowing services for non-senior citizens, individuals without special needs, or non-school bus drivers. We believe the private sector can deliver this service more economically and efficiently, and the County aims to avoid competing with private providers.
