How do I apply for a cardlock account to access the Worsley and Cleardale truck fill stations instead of using coins?

You will need to complete a one-page Utility Account Application form [click here for the utility account application form]. A refundable deposit is also required ($100 if you are a landowner in the County and $1,000 if you do not own land within the County). If the account will be used for domestic purposes (human consumption, household and camp use, such as showers, laundry, etc.), a domestic water declaration form must also be completed [click here for the domestic water declaration form]. Upon receipt of payment of the deposit, an access code and PIN will be administered, which allows access to both water treatment plants located in Worsley and Cleardale.

What are the water rates for the Worsley and Cleardale truck fill stations?

Domestic (household only):      $0.021/gallon ($4.62/m3)

Industrial (farm/livestock-Potable):       $0.05/gallon ($11.00/m3)

How do I change my utility account from my name to my renter’s name?

The renter will need to complete the ‘Applicant’ section of a Utility Account Application form [click here for the form]. As the landowner, you must complete the ‘Landowner’ section of the same application form. Both parties must sign the application form. Once completed, both the landowner and renter will receive a copy of the monthly utility bills. Please note there is a $25.00 fee for a name transfer which will appear on the next bill.
